During the normal operation of the system, if a fault occurs, you can immediately contact our company. After receiving the notification, we will organize repairs within 24 hours within the province and within 48 hours outside the province to eliminate the fault. (The quality guarantee period is one year, during which repairs are free for users, and lifelong technical guidance and services are provided.)

  Regular Follow-up

After the system is operating normally, our company will conduct regular follow-ups (every six months) and proactively eliminate and resolve any identified issues. The main content of the follow-up includes:

1) Understanding the usage of the equipment;

2) Free inspection of the operation of the automatic control devices and electromechanical equipment;

3) Free inspection of the operation of the entire treatment facility;
