At the same time, the gas film becomes thinner, which can greatly reduce mass transfer resistance and facilitate the transfer of molecular oxygen from the gas phase to the liquid phase.
Mechanical seal assembly and disassembly of the propeller submersible extruder: Assembly needs to be done in sufficiently clean environmental conditions, using pure lubricating oil as the installation medium. First, clean all parts of the mechanical seal, then evenly press the two static ring devices of the mechanical seal into the positioning holes to firmly maintain the sealing surface of the static ring, cutting off the sealing surface to avoid damage. Use a guide sleeve to place the dynamic ring into the shaft, close the oil chamber cover, and then the mechanical seal.
Bearing grease: Usually replaced during repairs, the amount of grease is 1/3 to 1/2 of the bearing chamber gap. High-temperature calcium-based grease is recommended.
