Wastewater treatment is an important topic in current environmental protection. The decontamination propeller, specifically the submersible propeller, is a common type of propeller used in wastewater treatment and is also an important decontamination product. The propeller manufacturer believes that every accessory of the submersible propeller, as a decontamination machine, is very important, especially its motor.
Since the submersible propeller operates in wastewater, the working environment is special, and there are strict performance requirements for the equipment, including mechanical seals and motor accessories. The propeller manufacturer believes that in order to improve the decontamination operation of the propeller, various protective measures need to be taken for the product, such as protecting the motor.
The protection and maintenance of the propeller motor by the staff are to ensure the smooth decontamination of the equipment. Here are some protective measures for the propeller equipment motor:
1. Temperature sensors: Three thermistors are connected in series and arranged in the three-phase stator coil of the propeller to monitor the temperature rise of the stator. When the thermal protection operates at 130, it activates the alarm device and stops the motor.
2. Leakage sensor: The propeller is equipped with a leakage sensor to detect leaks in the sealing oil chamber, preventing water from entering the motor and causing damage. The leakage sensor is an electrode sensor, and the signal can be monitored by a dedicated protective relay, which emits an alarm signal when water enters the motor. The dedicated protective relay for the propeller receives the alarm signal from the leakage sensor, outputs a fault tripping contact, automatically cuts off the motor power, and stops the motor.
The low-speed propeller is a representative type of submersible propeller and is commonly used in wastewater treatment operations. The propeller manufacturer believes that as a propeller, the low-speed propeller has several advantages, such as:
1. The low-speed propeller has a smooth rolling balance, with no jamming, no blockage, and no oscillation;
2. The low-speed propeller adopts a double mechanical seal structure and lip seal organization, with reliable operation of the mechanical seal for 8000 hours without the need for replacement;
3. The cable is led out from the low-speed propeller, and the cable sealing head is specially vulcanized to prevent damage to the cable sheath from water entering the motor;
4. The outer surface of the low-speed propeller is coated with anti-corrosion paint, with a bright appearance and no stains, collisions, cracks, or other phenomena; the base paint of the motor housing is PVC epoxy resin, and the surface is coated with chlorinated rubber;
5. It can rotate within 120 degrees in the horizontal direction, allowing for arbitrary adjustment of the propulsion angle. The low-speed propeller is an underwater device with mixing and propulsion functions.
